Beneath centuries of conditioning, suppression, fear, and forgetting, the Dragon has remained dormant, resting quietly beneath the surface of our lives, waiting for the moment we are ready to remember her.
That moment is now.
This is not about becoming more
It is about removing everything that has obscured what has always been there.
Through sacred medicine, guided womb work, breath, movement and sound, we explore the living energies of the feminine body, reconnecting with the womb as a place of wisdom, creativity and intuition. We learn to listen to what moves within us, to meet what has been hidden or held with compassion, and to awaken a deeper relationship with our own life force, voice and expression.
We welcome the wisdom of the womb in ways that honour each woman's body, age and reproductive experience, with space to choose what feels right for her.
As she awakens, she illuminates what has remained hidden. She asks us to meet our shadows with courage, not to battle them, but to transform them. She burns away illusion, fear, and old identities, creating space for a deeper truth to emerge.

At the heart of this journey is the sacred plant medicine Sassafras, approached in this ceremonial tradition as a powerful heart medicine, with an invitation to soften, trust and remember who we truly are.
As the Dragon awakens the dormant current of life force within us, Sassafras is held as a nurturing heart-space in which to meet this energy. Held in sacred ceremony by experienced shamanic facilitators, this journey invites a union of power and tenderness, and a deeper listening to the truth of our hearts.
Women ready to lead differently
Riding the Dragon is for women who feel called to reclaim the ancient power of their voice, reconnect with their feminine wisdom and embody a way of living rooted in freedom rather than fear.
It is also for space holders, healers, medicine women, coaches, mentors and guides who wish to deepen their relationship with sacred medicine, feminine embodiment and the art of holding ceremonial space for other women.
Alongside our personal journey, there will be opportunities for experiential learning, guided womb and embodiment practices, and conversations about holding ceremony with care, presence, consent and respect for the sensitivity of the feminine body.
Through experiencing and witnessing how sacred space is held, we deepen our understanding of what it means to support another woman through her own unfolding.
This is a journey of remembering our kinship with the living world, the earth beneath our feet, the waters that teach us to flow, the winds that carry vision and the fire that transforms and creates.

The Medicine Continues
Over many years of working with plant medicine, alongside a lifelong relationship with the body and the living world, it has become profoundly clear to me that what happens after the ceremony can be just as important as the ceremony itself.
The medicine may open the door to a different way of seeing ourselves. Integration is the patient work of tending to what emerges, giving it time and attention so that insight can find expression in everyday life.
Beneath what we have carried, we may discover something that has been waiting to emerge all along: our own unique song. Each of us carries a unique way of expressing the Divine through our bodies, our voices, our gifts and our presence in the world.
As we listen for this song, we make room to inhabit who we truly are, to speak what is true for us and to allow our authentic voice to be heard.
This is why Riding the Dragon includes a three-month integration container following the retreat.
For the first month, we will meet weekly, creating a held and supportive space to stay close to the process as the medicine continues to unfold. After this initial month, we will meet fortnightly for a further two months, allowing the work to gradually move from the retreat space and into the texture of everyday life.
Together, we will make space to listen, reflect and stay present with what is unfolding in our lives. For those who hold space for others, this is also an opportunity to reflect on how the wisdom of feminine embodiment, ceremonial presence and our own lived experience may inform the way we guide and support women in our work.
The ceremony may open the door. The integration is where we learn to walk through it.
The Dragon does not simply awaken us. It calls us home to the deepest truth of who we are, and gives us the courage to let that truth be heard.
