It is about removing everything that has obscured what has always been there.
Through ceremonial plant medicine, embodied movement, breath, sound, and energy practices, we invite the Dragon to move through the body once again, not as an idea, but as a living current of life force.
As she awakens, she illuminates what has remained hidden. She asks us to meet our shadows with courage, not to battle them, but to transform them. She burns away illusion, fear, and old identities, creating space for a deeper truth to emerge.

At the heart of this journey is the sacred plant medicine Sassafras, a powerful heart medicine that supports us to soften, trust and remember who we truly are. Like a benevolent parent, it lovingly guides us through the places within that have been wounded or blocked, helping us release old patterns and open to greater freedom, vitality and authenticity.
As the Dragon awakens the dormant current of life force within us, Sassafras provides the nurturing heart-space through which this energy can be safely channeled and embodied. Held in sacred ceremony by experienced shamanic facilitators and supported through breath, movement, music and integration practices, this journey invites a beautiful union of power and tenderness, opening us to the boundless love, abundance and wisdom that emerge when we return to the truth of our hearts.
